WARRANTY TERMS
Effinet warrants the products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years. Effinet's liability shall be limited to repairing or replacing, at its option, any defective monitor which is returned to Effinet's designated location. Monitors which have been subject to abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect or unauthorized repair or installation, as determined solely by Effinet, are not covered by this warranty. Software and hardware incompatibility of other parties' products are not covered under this warranty.
